Being a disrupter in the agricultural industry, Pontus constructed a large, in-depth crowdfunding campaign on the FrontFundr platform.
This video was commissioned to be the centre piece of the campaign, capturing the audience's attention and conveying the brand's positioning and main competitive advantages.
Then, repurposing this media asset, we launched a Facebook, Instagram and YouTube ad campaigns to reach potential investors and direct them to the main crowdfunding web page. Content from this video was also included in a partner campaign with Daily Hive Vancouver, Toronto and Edmonton.
The three-month crowdfunding initiative was successful, surpassing our fundraising goal.
With venues closed down and shows cancelled, the Vancouver indie music scene was left without many opportunities to grow and foster talent. No Def Studios, in partnership with YVArts, started launched VANJAM Virtual Battle of the Bands to do something about it.
While building a tight-knit organic community on Facebook and Instagram, this video was launched as part of a paid ad campaign to draw artists and an audience to the initiative.
In the end, we couldn't have been happier with the results - reaching roughly 170% of our entry and audience goals, meeting our sponsorship goals and bringing a community of artists together that maintains connection to this day.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the founders of Tsawwassen Delivers were looking for a way to serve Tsawwassen residents and support the small businesses of the community.
Their solution was a non-contact grocery delivery service that offers products from serveral local businesses, all available for order on the Tsawwassen Delivers website and to be delivered to the customer's door within 48 hours, all in one order.
No Def Studios produced this video to meet our bleak situation with energy and a little badass-ery. It was then used to build awareness through organic posting and paid Facebook, Instagram and YouTube advertising. The campaign also included several other videos and images that worked to establish a loyal customer base.
Working with Lerazo Renovations from the early stages of construction to the completion of the full-home renovation, we produced a video complete with client testamonials, before/after images and insights into design choices.
Upon research, we found that trust is a top factor in a client's choice of contractor. Using carefully chosen camera techniques and imagery, we aimed to build this trust with a down-to-earth walkthrough video. This video was then used for organic social media posts and landing pages.
